Welcome to the land of Medway, a deadly kingdom ruled by the merciless dictator Emperor Juniper. Things never used to be this way; Medway was a quaint and soothing land, and Juniper was a kind and generous leader. Until one day, something changed. Juniper snapped, isolated himself from everyone, and began a new deadly rule with an iron fist. Anyone that dares question his dangerous antics is thrown into the darkest, most desolate dungeon in the land. You are one of these unfortunate people, and you, like the other inmates, can't survive much longer on the scraps you're fed by the guards. What caused Emperor Juniper to transform into a deadly tyrant? Will you ever escape the dungeon alive? Furthermore, can Juniper be stopped?

DeathTrap Dungeon is a text-based action game that incorporates aspects of problem solving, exploration, and combat. The gameplay is extremely varied; one minute you could be solving a puzzle, then the next you could be engaged in combat with an enemy. Collect new weapons and items along the way as you navigate the dungeon, fight epic foes, and discover secrets along the way as the reason for the fall of Medway is unravelled...
